Project and Methodology of Visual Communication
In a landscape marked by content overproduction and the growing impact of digital technologies, the course explores the role of fashion brands as cultural entities — designing communication projects that combine clear strategies, coherent storytelling, and visual direction.
While creating a storytelling deck, using my Product, Value, People framework, one of the course goals is to strengthen independent research skills and the ability to transform cultural stimuli from the surrounding world into structured project material.
Strategy and planning-wise, LLM will also be used consciously — as a tool for research and exploration, not as a substitute for reasoning or authorship.
The course is structured in two complementary parts.
Part 1 – Strategy and Storytelling
Project setup, strategic and creative research, definition of the narrative macro-concept, and communication plan. This part is held with me.
Part 2 – Realization with AI tools
Content production using digital and AI tools, based on the frameworks developed in the first part. This part is held with other lecturers.
- Develop a complete strategic presentation for a fashion brand, including research, objectives, storytelling, and editorial plan.
- Set up processes of strategic and creative research to interpret the contemporary landscape and guide project choices.
- Build a consistent and original narrative framework.
- Design content typologies and their distribution across formats and platforms.
- Be prepared for the realization phase with AI tools, with a solid and structured foundation to build on.
