Editorial Identity & Narrative Systems
Context
Corneliani is a menswear brand deeply rooted in sartorial tradition and Italian heritage. The project began with a central question: how can a brand built on product excellence develop an appealing cultural and editorial presence?
Rather than focusing on individual campaigns, the work explored how to reposition the brand through a broader narrative system—connecting craftsmanship, contemporary culture, and a renewed idea of masculine elegance.
The Strategic Challenge
From product-centric heritage to narrative authority
Luxury tailoring brands often communicate primarily through product imagery. The challenge was to build a framework capable of expanding the brand’s voice beyond garments, trying to gain a newer space for the brand.
The work developed as a series of projects rather than isolated campaigns, working on editorial series and multimedia initiatives able to build a broader narrative authority.
Project Ecosystem
The direction unfolded through a combination of editorial frameworks, cultural partnerships, visual narratives, product-focused mood content, and projects centered on craftsmanship.
What mattered most was not a single campaign, but the possibility of building a constellation of initiatives able to articulate the brand beyond product communication alone, spanning collaborations with innovative voices, visual and textual guides, behind-the-scenes atelier narratives, and a more editorial and colloquial tone while keeping the high visual standards of the brand.
